Our clinic emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and patient confidentiality, allowing staff to focus on delivering exceptional physical therapy services.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical capabilities and limitations, utilizing advanced assessment tools and methodologies.Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, focusing on achieving optimal rehabilitation outcomes.Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, functional training, and exercise prescription, to facilitate recovery and promote health.Regularly measure and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on evolving patient responses.Educate patients and their families about treatment objectives, exercises, and health practices to foster understanding and compliance.Maintain thorough documentation for all patient interactions and treatments in compliance with regulatory standards.Ensure the clinic environment is safe and welcoming by adhering to hygiene protocols and reporting any hazards to management.Actively participate in team meetings and performance improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care standards.Promote a positive image of the clinic by engaging with colleagues, physicians, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Patient Population / Client FocusThe Physical Therapist will work with a diverse range of patients, from post-surgical recovery individuals to those with chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and neuro-musculoskeletal disorders. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will ensure comprehensive care delivery tailored to the unique needs of each client.QualificationsCurrent physical therapy license issued by the state of California.Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification is required.A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is mandatory.Strong knowledge of federal and state professional requirements affecting physical therapy practice.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, although new graduates with a strong educational foundation are encouraged to apply.Previous experience in a rehabilitation center or outpatient setting is advantageous.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
