Class A Driver

Compensation & benefits $1,000–$1,200 per week After training: $0.43–$0.57 per mile (sliding scale) Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (based on experience) Training pay: $850 per week for 4–6 weeks (drivers with Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off Job details Region: All states west of the Mississippi (14 Western regional lane) Freight: Primarily no-touch dry van; drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unload Average mileage: ~2,300 miles per week Home time: Bi-weekly with at least a 34-hour reset Orientation: One paid day at the nearest terminal Schedule: Day or night driving as assigned Minimum requirements Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome) Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years No DUI in the last 5 years No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety-related reasons 10-year employment history with no major gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens Certain criminal convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses are reviewed by safety Why drive for Beast Mode Truckin Paid OTR training and structured support for new drivers Competitive pay and performance incentives Comprehensive benefits available after 30 days Consistent regional lanes for predictable home time Additional details will be provided during orientation and onboarding. #J-18808-Ljbffr
