Manufacturing Operator

Pay Rate

$18.00 - $20.70 per hour (based on shift and position)

Available Shifts

1st Shift

• Monday – Friday

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday – Friday

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

3rd shift

• Monday – Friday

• 10:00pm- 6:30am

Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on assignment, duties may include:

• Assemble, inspect, package, and label products according to quality standards

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery

• Prepare materials and components for manufacturing processes

• Maintain cleanroom and production areas in accordance with company procedures

• Perform quality inspections and report product or equipment issues

• Follow all safety policies

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be dependable with reliable transportation

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.70 per hour
