Account Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our growing team. What You’ll Do Serve as a key point of contact for clients—providing updates, gathering information, and helping ensure each project stays on track. Review and verify data and documentation for accuracy. Maintain organized records and reports to support client accounts. Assist with preparing forms, correspondence, and audit materials. Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service. Learn new systems, tools, and processes that will grow your skills and career. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, business operations, or administrative support. Strong attention to detail and accuracy—you notice the small things that make a big difference. Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
