Conflicts Attorney – Direct Hire | Chicago IL (Hybrid) A national law firm is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join its team in Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid opportunity offering a competitive salary of $160-180K DOE . The Conflicts Attorney will play a critical role in evaluating and resolving conflicts of interest related to new business intake, matter openings, client updates, and lateral attorney onboarding. This position involves conducting complex conflicts analyses, advising attorneys and firm leadership on risk and ethics considerations, and ensuring compliance with professional responsibility rules and firm policies. Additional responsibilities include supporting matter opening workflows, drafting conflict waivers and ethical screens, reviewing Outside Counsel Guidelines, and maintaining the integrity and quality of conflicts data and processes.
