Your session earnings are determined at onboarding based on your credentials, years of experience, and specialties and reviewed as your practice grows with us. This is an independent contractor role. You set your own availability. The more hours you open up, the more earning opportunity you have and we actively fill those hours through our SEO dominance and marketing investment. Requirements Master's degree or higher in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related clinical field Active, unrestricted license to practice therapy in at least one priority US state (IL, TX, CA, NY, NJ, MI, WA) Demonstrated experience working with Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian, or faith-rooted client populations Active professional malpractice / liability insurance Reliable internet connection and a private, confidential space for video sessions Preferred (Not Required) Licensed in multiple US states or PSYPACT eligible Fluent in Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, Bengali, or other languages common in Muslim communities Experience with faith-identity conflict, religious trauma, cross-cultural family dynamics, immigration stress, or Islamic pre-marital / marital counselling PhD, PsyD, or board certification
