Senior ISC Production Supervisor

Senior ISC Production Supervisor – Honeywell As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor you will lead production operations, manage schedules, resources, and ensure quality and safety. You will collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will report directly to the ISC Operations Manager and work out of our San Jose, CA, location on an on‑site work schedule. This role supervises a team of Assemblers, Operators and RF Microwave Test Technicians, managing product output and quality. Work includes tuning modules, CCAs and subsystems. You will conduct daily cell meetings, communicate results at Value Stream meetings, set output goals, remove roadblocks, and create weekly reports on output and yield. Rework and yield data will be analyzed to identify trends and report unfavorable issues to management. Responsibilities Place an extreme importance on quality including leading the team in strictly following documented procedures, double‑checking work and error‑proofing processes. Conduct process confirmations to ensure standard work processes are being followed. Identify and address non‑compliance, looking for continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure all operational processes are carried out in accordance with quality systems and procedures. Ensure 5S practices are adhered to and sustained within the work area, and ensure that Safety, Health and Environmental compliance is included as part of everyday activities. Participate in staff selection, performance management (evaluation and discipline), coaching training and employee development, while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. Interface with engineering, quality, planning and other support groups to get the support and assistance needed to resolve issues that are affecting quality and/or deliveries. Qualifications

MUST HAVES

High school diploma or accredited GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead, supervisor or management role with manufacturing or electronics. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Experience supervising technical personnel. 8 years’ experience in a lead supervisor or management role with manufacturing or electronics (or similar). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate ideas and technical/production issues to engineering and management. Ability to respond to changing situations. Attention to detail. Previous work in a technical environment. Technical AS Degree. Experience with RF Microwave manufacturing. Project experience with Lean or Six Sigma principles and tools. Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary: $97,520 – $121,900.
