Rn, Registered Nurse - L&D ($10K Sign-On + $5K Relo)

Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area, a part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery (L&D) to provide quality patient care, coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients, and work cooperatively with the interdisciplinary team. The position is full‑time, permanent, and offers a competitive base salary range of $77,200–$106,200 per year with a $10k sign‑on bonus and potential relocation incentive. Key Responsibilities Coordinating the nursing care of assigned patients in the Labor & Delivery unit. Applying knowledge of growth and development, physical, psychological, educational and safety criteria for the appropriate age populations. Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care using the nursing process. Providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient‑care team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. Delivering medications safely and evaluating patient responses. Skills & Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required) or current enrollment. Current Texas RN license and/or a Compact license. 1 year current Labor & Delivery experience. Current BCLS, ACLS and NRP certifications. Completion of AWHONN Fetal Monitoring course within 90 days of hire.
