Gauge design experience is niche but highly valuable.
Technical skills required:
- AutoCAD Inventor (preferred).
- 3D modeling & design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
Soft skills:
- Strong communication t all levels, from shop floor to executive leadership.
- Self-directed -able to take requirements and drive the project independently.
