Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to develop engaging, on-brand visual content across social media platforms. This role will lead day-to-day social content creation while collaborating closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and creative leadership.

The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, experience creating social-first digital content, and a passion for emerging trends and platform innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality social media assets including static graphics, carousels, stories, reels, thumbnails, and paid social advertisements.
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling, platform-specific creative for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.
• Contribute creative concepts to campaigns, content calendars, and both organic and paid initiatives.
• Produce short-form video content and motion graphics using platform-native tools and editing software.
• Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints while introducing innovative and fresh creative ideas.
• Stay current with design trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform content development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align visual assets with messaging and campaign objectives.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in social media design, digital design, or content creation roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first design, motion graphics, and short-form video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and relevant editing tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling, and mobile-first design principles.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, creative best practices, and performance-driven content.
• Ability to take creative direction while also independently generating ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing motion graphics or animated social content.
• Familiarity with paid social creative requirements and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with copywriters, strategists, or community managers.
• Strong interest in digital trends, pop culture, and evolving social platform behaviors.
