Job Requirements Apassion for helping seniors A desire to contributeto a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family &friends, and all team members. Ability tocommunicate effectively in English; both oral and written Ability to work every otherweekend Ability to work effectively as a team Job Responsibilities Developing relationships with residents andtheir families and supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinicalneeds of the residents Communicate needs to and assist resident’sdoctors with medical assessments Supervise and motivate Caregivers and Medtechs Ability to maintain accurate and legiblerecords such as nurses’ notes, incident reports, 24-hour reports and medicationrecords Qualifications Graduate of an approved LicensedPractical/Vocational Nursing Program Current licensure by the State Board of NurseExaminers Geriatric experience preferred but notmandatory.
