CNC Machinist

Responsibilities Manufacture threaded connections in compliance with company and API 7-1/7-2 specifications Operate manual and CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and related equipment Interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machine shop equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to all HSE, Quality, and company policies and procedures Job Duties Operate shop equipment such as presses, bandsaws, conveyors, cranes, hoists, and lifts Monitor production to meet daily and weekly output goals while maintaining quality standards Manage tooling and equipment inventory within the machine shop Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status Report directly to the Facility Manager or assigned company representative Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience operating manual and/or CNC machining equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and comply with all company safety policies Pay Range $22.00 – $25.00 per hour depending upon experience Veterans Welcome At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
