Customer Service Rep III

Medtronic seeks a Customer Service Representative III in San Juan, Puerto Rico to manage strategic customer accounts, process orders, resolve service issues, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree and four years of relevant commercial operations experience, with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment with accurate processing and timely delivery
- Serve as primary contact for strategic customer accounts, addressing product and service inquiries
- Coordinate resolution of customer issues related to shipments, returns, credits, and quality
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Operations teams to meet customer requirements
- Monitor inventory availability and manage customer inventory programs and EDI transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years customer service, order management, or commercial operations experience
- Demonstrated experience managing customer orders and resolving inquiries
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with business partners
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Proficiency with business systems for order management or enterprise operations
- Medical device industry experience preferred
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and inventory management preferred
