This role requires the ability to work under extreme temperatures as part of our large-scale food production process.

What You'll Do

As a Production Cook, you'll be responsible for large batch cooking that meets strict HACCP regulations and customer specifications for airline meal service. Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing entrées to meet the specifications of multiple airline customers

• Planning and adjusting cycle menus

• Reviewing production sheets to confirm accuracy and specifications

• Preparing complex recipes according to established standards

• Applying HACCP compliance and safe food handling practices

• Working with cutlery, small wares, and kitchen equipment/machinery at an above-average skill level

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience as a Cook in a high-volume institutional catering environment (food prep and fast food experience will not be considered)

• Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and the ability to execute complex recipes

• Ability to speak, read, and understand English

• Willingness to work an assigned schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, plus overtime as needed

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
