Travel Coordinator

Job Description: Your main job duties as the Travel Coordinator are to work with travel agents and other accommodations to help make sure all cast and crew make it to destinations and have a place to stay. Primary job duties include but aren't limited to checking documents of cast and crew for flights, booking flights, booking accommodations and arranging car services and travel to and from set all while doing it within a set budget. Key Responsibilities Check Flight Eligibility of all Cast and Crew. Book Accommodations and Car Services. Arrange for cast and crew to travel for emergencies. Work with our partners and agencies to get best possible rates. Budgeting and accounting of all travel and logistics. Maintain detailed records of travel and accommodations. Work with cast and crew to ensure accommodations are not damaged. Will work directly with the Executive Team on all projects. Qualifications Previous experience in travel industry a plus. Able to pass a criminal background and general background check. Strong knowledge of the travel industry and ability to adapt to its changes. Understanding of how the TV and Film industry works. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to keep detailed records.
