We are currently looking for a full time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our store at The Boca Town Center in Boca Raton, FL. This on-site position reports directly to the Store Manager and plays a key role in representing the ViX brand through exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and meaningful client relationships. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging clients, driving sales, developing a personal client portfolio, supporting boutique events, and contributing to merchandising and inventory operations. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to creating memorable client experiences that build loyalty, repeat business, and long-term connections with the ViX brand. What You’ll Be Doing As a Retail Sales Associate at ViX Paula Hermanny, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, assisting with product selection, and providing expert knowledge of ViX collections, fit, fabrics, and styling. Engage in meaningful client interactions to understand individual preferences, lifestyle, travel plans, special occasions, and wardrobe needs. Offer personalized styling recommendations across swimwear, resortwear, accessories, and complete looks. Build and maintain a personal portfolio of local, seasonal, VIP, and high-potential clients. Conduct proactive clienteling outreach through approved phone, text, email, and clienteling platforms to share new arrivals, personalized recommendations, promotions, and event invitations. Follow up with clients after purchases, appointments, and store visits to ensure satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and identify future sales opportunities. Maintain detailed and accurate client profiles, including sizing, style preferences, purchase history, upcoming travel, important dates, and follow-up opportunities. Schedule and host private shopping appointments, styling consultations, and personalized boutique experiences. Prepare curated product selections in advance based on each client’s preferences, purchase history, destination, or occasion. Support remote selling by sharing personalized selections and helping clients complete purchases outside of the boutique when appropriate. Actively support the planning, promotion, and execution of boutique events, collection launches, VIP shopping experiences, trunk shows, and seasonal activations. Personally invite targeted clients to events, follow up to confirm attendance, and provide a personalized experience throughout each event. Follow up with event attendees to thank them, recommend additional products, and generate future appointments and sales opportunities. Support local community engagement efforts and help develop relationships with relevant businesses, hotels, stylists, concierges, wellness studios, residential communities, and other partners. Drive sales by promoting current collections, complementary products, store events, and loyalty initiatives while striving to meet or exceed individual and boutique sales goals. Contribute to key performance indicators, including conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, appointment sales, client retention, repeat business, and event-generated sales. Maintain elevated store presentation standards by supporting visual merchandising, organizing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom. Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, receiving, transfers, tagging, and stockroom organization. Handle point-of-sale transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges, while following all operational, cash-handling, loss-prevention, and client data protection policies. Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive, professional, and high-performing store environment. Participate in team meetings, product training, clienteling discussions, event preparation, and store performance initiatives. Maintain full time availability, including weekends, holidays, special events, and peak retail periods, based on business needs. Who You Are At least 3 years of retail sales experience, including 2 or more years in luxury fashion, premium retail, hospitality, or another high-touch client service environment. A demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals, building a personal client portfolio, conducting proactive outreach, scheduling private appointments, and generating repeat business. Experience developing and maintaining relationships with VIP, local, seasonal, and high-potential clients. Confidence using phone, text, email, and clienteling platforms to share personalized recommendations, promote events, and drive boutique visits. A strong understanding of luxury selling and the ability to deliver thoughtful, personalized service that feels elevated rather than transactional. Comfort hosting clients, supporting boutique events, and representing the brand through local partnerships and community activations. A commercially driven mindset, with a focus on key performance indicators such as conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, appointment sales, client retention, and event-generated revenue. Warm, polished, and professional communication skills, with the discretion and confidence required to build trust with a diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage client follow-ups, appointments, events, and operational priorities with consistency. A keen eye for visual presentation, styling, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
