Architectural Designer / Emerging Architect

Hybrid Preferred / Remote Considered | US Citizen Required

Seeking an Architectural Designer / Emerging Architect to support building and facility design projects utilizing Revit and collaborative multidisciplinary design practices. This opportunity offers exposure to award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, and design-build project delivery supporting innovative and technical facility environments.

Schedule / Location:

Hybrid (2 days/week preferred) near:

• Fort Worth, TX

• Cary, NC

• Arlington, VA

• Phoenix, AZ

Remote may be considered for strong candidates located outside a 50-mile radius of office within:

GA, FL, TX, LA, NC, or VA.

Position Overview:

This role will support architectural planning and design efforts across multiple project phases including conceptual, schematic, and detailed design. The selected candidate will primarily utilize Revit to develop building layouts and coordinate design integration with engineering and architectural disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and building layouts using Revit

• Coordinate architectural elements with multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Support conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases

• Prepare drawings, specifications, presentations, studies, and reports

• Participate in design coordination and client review activities

• Support production of project documentation and design deliverables

• Work both independently and collaboratively within project teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required

• Minimum 2 years of related architectural design experience

• Strong Revit proficiency required

• Experience with Bluebeam, rendering/publishing programs, and Microsoft Office

• Ability to coordinate effectively with architectural and engineering disciplines

• Ability to work independently when provided project direction

• IDP/AXP participation preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Manufacturing facilities

• Industrial projects

• Data centers or mission-critical facilities

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Candidate may travel and drive personal or rental vehicles as needed

• Ability to pass MVR review required
