HOURS: Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm

 

REPORTS TO: Customer Mailing Fulfillment Manager

 

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

As a customer mailing associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by providing current and prospective customers with the proper fulfillment, preparation, and packaging of various marketing parcels. 

 

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
• Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
• Work on a conveyor system to prepare and package various marketing parcels.
• Apply mailing labels correctly either manually or with barcode scanners and printers. Checking labels for errors.
• Ensure boxes successfully run through the taping process. 
• Accurately fulfill and seal parcels with the appropriate marketing materials and product samples.
• Keep your area neat and clean.
• Make boxes as needed.
• Fold totes, remove polybags, and inspect items as needed.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Equivalent experience is considered having at least 1 year of longevity with a single employer, working in a full-time capacity.
