Procedural Tech IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP

Shift: 8-hour days, 07:3016:00

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 1320 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• IR procedural experience (high-volume required)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (BCLS), ARRT or RCIS
• Preferred certifications: ARRT Advanced, RCES, RCIS with med experience
• Core skills: Scrubbing and circulating IR/Cath Lab procedures, telemetry monitoring, assisting providers during diagnostic/interventional procedures

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate for various diagnostic and interventional procedures within the lab.
• Monitor telemetry and patient conditions during procedures.
• Assist providers in the safe and effective completion of IR, cardiology, vascular, and EP procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols in the procedural setting.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 40 hours
• Call requirement: Minimum 7 call days per month
• Weekend requirement: Every third weekend
• All required testing must be completed within 48 hours
• Pre-start modules required prior to commencement (approx. 8-10 hrs)
