$18.80 Hour after 90 days plus $2 Hour Shift Differential

• Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure product excellence.
• Document production data accurately to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment for different production runs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience in operating and maintaining food production machinery.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues efficiently.
• Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols and quality standards in a production environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Attention to detail in documenting production data accurately for continuous improvement.
