Router Supervisor

Router Supervisor R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Inbound Router Supervisor at our Yemassee, SC Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, Third Shift available. Earn one week of vacation after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities Driver and freight handler management Coordinate dock operations and driver/freight handler scheduling Ensure safety compliance Ensure quality freight‑handling procedures are followed Timely dispatching of LTL loads Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager Lead in a fast‑paced environment Utilize strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem‑solving abilities Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas Prior LTL leadership experience strongly preferred Qualifications Proven basic leadership experience Ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills R+L Carriers – Women in Trucking #J-18808-Ljbffr R+L Carriers
