Position: Dry Film Applicator
Pay: $16.00/hour base pay, plus shift differential
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shift

Job Overview for Dry Film Applicators
The Lee Group is looking for Dry Film Applicators to work at one of our valued clients in Toano, VA. In this hands-on manufacturing role, Dry Film Applicators will work at a paint booth using an airbrush to selectively apply a paint-like dry film coating to designated areas of manufactured components. Once the coating has been applied, parts are carefully placed into trays and prepared for oven curing.

Job Responsibilities of Dry Film Applicators
- Use an airbrush/spray application equipment to apply a dry film coating to designated areas of manufactured components.
- Carefully control the application to ensure coating is applied only to specified areas of each part.
- Visually inspect work to ensure accurate, consistent coating coverage.
- Place completed parts into trays for the oven-curing process.
- Handle components carefully throughout the coating and curing process.
- Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and paint booth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications of Dry Film Applicators
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, detailed work.
- Coachable and able to follow instructions and established processes.
- Ability to work consistently while maintaining quality standards.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on production tasks.
- Dependable and able to work as part of a manufacturing team.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements of Dry Film Applicators
- Must be able to stand and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements associated with airbrush application and handling parts.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and move materials as needed.
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and at a designated paint booth.
- Must be able to safely work around production and oven-curing equipment.
Shift Details
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
$16.00/hour base pay plus a $1.00/hour shift differential
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:00 AM
$16.00/hour base pay plus a $2.00/hour shift differential
