Assistant Retail Experience Manager

Job Description

As an Assistant Retail Experience Manager, you will work to support the Owner in the day-to-day and long-term success of retail staff. This position will help create the best customer experience by focusing on what matters most, the team. You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, training, and education of our Retail Sales Associates, or Outfitters, as we call them. Joining Fleet Feet is joining a team and a community that ignites and promotes running and fitness.
