Work arrangement: Field-based monitoring; travel required

Compensation: Based on experience and agreed contract terms

\n

GeoSera is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate with demonstrable central nervous system (CNS) clinical trial monitoring experience.

\n

\n

This opportunity is for a CRA who understands monitoring beyond completing visit reports: identifying site-level risks, maintaining oversight of trial conduct, resolving findings, and ensuring documentation and follow-up meet protocol and applicable regulatory requirements.

\n

\n

Required qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Prior CRA experience in clinical research, with substantial hands-on CNS trial monitoring experience
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Experience conducting site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities, as applicable to assigned studies.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, protocol compliance, informed consent, source data review and verification, essential documents, and site oversight.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Demonstrated ability to identify, document, escalate, and follow through on site issues and monitoring findings.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic trial master files (eTMF), and electronic data capture (EDC) systems relevant to previous assignments.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Availability for required site travel across the Northeastern United States.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Ability to work under an independent 1099 contractor arrangement.
\n

\n

\n

\n

3. Documented skills and achievements

\n

Provide two or three specific examples of professional results, such as resolving recurring site findings, improving follow-up timelines, addressing protocol deviations, supporting inspection readiness, or managing challenging sites. Include measurable outcomes where available.

\n

\n

4. Monitoring and systems experience

\n

List relevant CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and other monitoring systems, along with your practical level of proficiency.

\n

\n

5. Professional references

\n

Provide two relevant professional references who can verify your CRA performance and CNS trial experience. Obtain their permission before sharing their contact information.

\n

\n

6. Contractor and travel availability

\n

Confirm your availability for 1099 work, your Northeast geographic coverage, and your ability to meet the required travel schedule.

\n

\n
