Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Assistant Community Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business within our community!Responsibilities:Manage and organize paperwork.Maintain positive relations with residents and prospectsSpecial projects as assigned by the Community ManagerShow apartments, process applications and other leasing activitiesAssist with rent collections, accounts payable and accounts receivablesQualifications:2 or more years in Multi-Family Property ManagementExperience with Yardi and CRM is highly preferredCandidates must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurancePositive attitude and professional demeanorExcellent communication and organizational skills are requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferredFriedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
