Seasonal Temporary Store Associate - Merrell

Overview We are looking for a reliable, service‑oriented Sales Associate who enjoys a fun workplace environment and consistently provides superior customer experiences. The role focuses on engaging customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere for Wolverine Worldwide. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and create a pleasant shopping environment. Operate point‑of‑sale registers and accurately process cash, credit and other payment methods. Record transactions, handle inventory, and maintain merchandise displays, including moving items up to 40 lb and using ladders. Detect potential theft and other security risks. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics while following best‑in‑class operational and presentation standards. Collaborate with team members and perform any additional duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated personal success in work, school, or extracurricular activities. Retail sales experience preferred. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays. Passion for Wolverine’s brands and lifestyle. Working Conditions Retail environment. Duties may include lifting up to 40 lb, climbing ladders, and operating in a fast‑paced store.
