Applications Engineer (Mechanical / Field Service) We’re seeking a mechanically strong Applications Engineer to support the installation, startup, and troubleshooting of conveyor and food‑processing equipment. This role provides hands‑on technical service to customers, partners closely with sales teams, and ensures equipment is applied and operating correctly in production environments. Responsibilities Install and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites across the U.S. and Canada Support system startups and provide on‑site technical guidance Train customer teams on operation, maintenance, and best practices Recommend mechanical solutions that improve performance and reliability Document service visits with clear reports and actionable recommendations Collaborate with sales to ensure proper product application Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Food Science , or related field 2+ years of hands‑on mechanical experience (installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, or field service) Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to explain technical concepts Ability to travel 60% , including some weekends/holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Employbridge
