Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join team at IU Health Jay Primary Care and IU Health Jay Family Practice ! Position will be split between two clinics located across the parking lot on the same campus. Details Full‑time, Day Shift 4–10 hr days; 36 patient‑facing hours per week No weekends, no call 100 % Outpatient Patient population: all ages; rural community; acute and chronic care conditions Expected patient volume in office: 50–60 per week Join a team of 4 physicians, 7 APPs and 34 support staff Procedures include simple/small office procedures: lacerations, I&D, wart and lesion removal and wedge resections.
