- MIG weld steel and aluminum components to specifications
- Produce quality welds that meet safety and production standards
- Read and follow weld instructions and blueprints
- Inspect welds for accuracy, consistency, and defects
- Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow all PPE/safety requirements
- MIG welding experience (steel and/or aluminum)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic (attendance bonus is a big perk here)
