What You’ll Earn 

• $50,000 – $85,000+ annual earnings potential (Hourly base pay + uncapped commission)

What You’ll Do 

• Help customers find the right sleep solutions using a consultative sales approach 

• Build trust and create a positive, welcoming in-store experience 

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals 

• Develop product knowledge that builds confidence and credibility 

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong communication and people skills 

• A positive, team-oriented mindset 

• Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment 

• Retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required
