We offer a competitive salary of $18.5 - $21 hourly and a wonderful work environment. As a CNA1 and Central Supply team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and a wonderful stay. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately stocking inventory and filling exchange, par, and linen carts to provide supplies to the end user Performing data entry in supply management systems to track, charge, and credit department and patient supplies/equipment Receiving and stocking Sterile Processing Department inventory/equipment to ensure a ready supply for department use Providing quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding) Monitoring and documenting vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators Reporting changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff Supporting residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Supporting the facility's philosophy of care and striving to achieve its goals and objectives Requirements Certified CNA1 in Maryland (previously titled GNA) One year of prior experience Professional enthusiastic attitude Strong communication skills Self-motivated Shows initiative in daily work What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k) Paid time off Supportive team culture and leadership that listens A workplace where you are valued, heard, and appreciated
