Support Specialist
PayKings Merchant Payments Acceptance Corp.
This role is post-boarding support for merchant accounts: helping merchants once their account is live, answering payment processing and gateway questions, and working issues through to resolution. It suits someone detail-oriented who is comfortable talking directly with business owners. What you will do Provide post-boarding support for merchant accounts Respond to inquiries about payment processing and gateway functionality Troubleshoot payment issues including declines, settlements, and chargebacks Assist with gateway setup and integrations Coordinate with banks and internal teams for resolution Document support tickets in CRM systems Escalate complex technical issues appropriately Maintain merchant relationships through timely support What you will bring Customer support, merchant services, or fintech experience Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Payment processing troubleshooting capability Detail-oriented organizational skills Comfort working with business owners Preferred Payment gateway or merchant account experience CRM or support ticketing platform familiarity Benefits Competitive salary A stable role at a growing payments company Room to build real fintech expertise Collaborative team environment On-site position in Lehi, Utah #J-18808-Ljbffr PayKings Merchant Payments Acceptance Corp.
