Join the Vitality Home Health Care team!

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide high-quality, non-skilled care to clients in their homes throughout Pinellas and Pasco Counties .

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration).
• Accurately document care provided and report changes in the client’s condition.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida HHA certificate (75-hour minimum) or active Florida CNA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance.
• Level II background screening (or ability to obtain).
• Physical examination and TB screening.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate, dependable care.
