Overview
Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab Technologist position in a high-volume cath lab program. Location: Kansas City, KS, United States. Start date: 10/18/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Pay: $3,057 to $3,168 per week. Shift: 10-hour day shifts four days per week with on-call weekend coverage. This assignment occurs within a healthcare facility setting and requires consistent teamwork with physicians, nurses, and support staff.

Responsibilities
- Assist with interventional and diagnostic cath procedures, including left- and right-heart caths, with or without biopsy
- Operate and monitor imaging and hemodynamic equipment; document results and ensure image quality
- Maintain sterile technique and assist with device deployment in structural heart cases (TAVR, Mitraclip; PFO/ASD repair; Watchman) and vascular procedures (peripheral run-offs, EVAR, TEVAR)
- Support post-procedure recovery, manage patient transport within the lab, and complete accurate procedural documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and anesthesia to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
- Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, including weekend shifts, and respond to emergent situations in the lab

Requirements
- Active certification: ARRT (R), RCIS, or RCVT
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Cath Lab experience with both interventional and diagnostic left-heart caths; right-heart caths with/without biopsy
- Experience with structural-heart cases (TAVR, Mitraclip; PFO/ASD repair; Watchman) and vascular procedures (peripheral run-offs; EVARs; TEVAR); adult coronary experience preferred
- New graduates not accepted
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cath lab environment and meet credentialing/orientation timelines
