Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in patient care. Engage in performance evaluations and set personal goals for improvement. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes. Assist in achieving departmental targets and contribute to team success. Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate patient information. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Experience / Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio. Experience in MedSurg nursing, preferably in a travel role. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Understanding of safety and infection control protocols. Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions. Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and environments. Ability to set personal goals and engage in performance evaluations. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Experience in patient education and health management.
