Clinical Documentation Specialist (Medical Scribe)
Ankle & Foot Centers PC
Ankle & Foot Centers is seeking a Medical Scribe to support physicians by documenting visits, procedures and orders in the electronic health record to improve clinic efficiency in a busy setting. You will anticipate physician needs, maintain accurate charts, and ensure complete documentation while remaining discreet. A high school diploma is required; travel to other offices may be necessary.
