Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Georgia PT license must be attached to resume
• 2 years recent PT experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association must be attached to submission packet
