Retail Supervisor - Inventory

Overview Starting Wage From: $18.00 The more you are available, the more you can earn. This role is ideal for individuals who love training others and driving for results. It is a part-time position in retail supervision with emphasis on inventory management and teamwork. What You Will Do Coach and train Inventory Associates with a focus on accuracy. Follow a clear, consistent workflow to drive operational excellence. Lead and engage as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns; support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager; maximize team productivity and development. Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills with a solutions-focused approach Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts Comfort learning and using handheld scanners or count tools Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance Positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to consider candidates with no degree, those returning to the workforce, or with military experience Access to reliable transportation Willingness to submit to pre-employment checks as required Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting fleet driver requirements may be required Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, and the ability to use ladders. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. may be required. Occasional travel by car and occasional overnight stays may be necessary, including travel by plane.
