Role Description This is TWO full‑time hybrid roles, one based out of Leetsdale, PA and the other out of Norristown, PA. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining and developing relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic objectives. Regular tasks include conducting market analysis, collaborating with internal teams to create proposals and solutions, and overseeing the implementation of sales initiatives. This role combines on‑site work with flexibility for remote responsibilities. Qualifications Experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in the food industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Ole Mexican Foods
