Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families, fostering open lines of communication to build trust and understanding. \n
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using the Attachment-Based Family Therapy model and the clinical framework established by our organization. \n
- Facilitate Family Orientations, Welcome Presentations, and Family Support Groups, ensuring families feel involved and empowered in the therapeutic process. \n
- Document client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries promptly and professionally, adhering to our high standards of care. \n
- Utilize various systems, including EMR software, Word, and Outlook, to enter and maintain accurate client data and correspondences. \n
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. \n
- Effectively manage your schedule to ensure consistent achievement of therapeutic goals and adherence to organizational timelines. \n
The primary patient population for this role includes adolescents and young adults grappling with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. You will provide care grounded in empathy and professional expertise, with a strong focus on fostering resilience and healthy familial relationships.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Current board registration (APCC, LAPC, ASW, AMFT, MHCA) or as a Psychological Associate in the state of New York. \n
- Demonstrated experience providing individual, group, or family therapy for adolescents or young adults. \n

- Prior experience with mental health treatment focused on trauma, substance abuse, or eating disorders is highly desirable. \n
- A demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care practices will be valuable in this role. \n
Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, along with additional benefits including a sign-on bonus.
