A day in this role

• Start with planned inspections on rotating machinery — from pumps and compressors to turbines — confirming condition and alignment.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify clearances and tolerances so equipment operates within spec.
• Troubleshoot abnormal vibrations, leaks, or performance drops to find root causes and correct them.
• Execute repairs and full overhauls, then test and document results for traceability.
• Coordinate with teammates to align schedules, stage parts, and prioritize the most critical work.
• Capture accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance trends.
• Work safely by following established procedures and best practices every step of the way.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical credential in mechanical maintenance is preferred.
• Hands-on experience servicing rotating equipment or similar mechanical systems.
• Strong grasp of mechanical fundamentals for rotating machinery.
• Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints and turn them into action.
