Senior QA Analyst / QA Lead (Manual, Automation & Data Validation)

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise quality assurance leadership and test automation strategy.

• Proficiency in Python and Pandas for building automated data validation and ETL reconciliation scripts.

• Experience with ISTQB, CSQA, or equivalent professional quality assurance certifications.

• Experience in data migration testing and source-to-target validation for large-scale enterprise conversions.

• Experience with SQL for complex backend testing and maintaining QA dashboards in Azure DevOps or Jira.

• Experience in implementing automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for regression testing.

• Exceptional communication skills for managing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional defect triage sessions.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise test strategies and automation roadmaps to shift from manual to automated delivery models.

• Develop repeatable Python-based scripts to automate row counts, null checks, and duplicate detection for data migrations.

• Lead multi-phase testing cycles including functional, integration, regression, and system-level validation efforts.

• Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and coordination across business and technical workstreams.

• Design technical QA dashboards to track defect trends, test coverage, and automation adoption metrics.

• Execute data quality assessments and root cause analysis to resolve complex discrepancies in ingestion-ready datasets.

• Enforce SDLC standards and artifact retention policies across multiple concurrent software development projects.
