Call Center Representative

Required License/Registration/Certification n/a Physical Requirements Sitting for the duration of the shift. Shift Monday-Thursday 1-5pm, 16 hours per week on average. Shifts will vary within this time frame. Job Summary You must be a UK undergraduate student to apply for this position. Assist the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in calling prospective students to gauge their interest in UK and answer questions about student life on campus. Other duties include assisting with light office tasks such as mailing information and stuffing bags for recruitment events. Only Undergraduate students may apply for this position. This position is also Federal Work-Study eligible, if you qualify. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities MS Office and Typing Skills Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
