What you'll be doing includes performing comprehensive assessments of client status, developing an individualized plan of care, providing interventions, reporting changes to update the plan of care, administering medications, maintaining client records, and initiating referrals as needed.
We're looking for a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN), current CPR certification, access to reliable transportation, maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job, and knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
Compensation is starting wage $42/hour to $52/hour with a competitive hourly wage, hourly incentive program, opportunities for advancement, scholarships for some career pathways and educational reimbursement.
Work schedule includes 1 on 1 patient care, flexible scheduling for family, work, and school balance, days: 8am to 5pm, hourly visits, and occasional holidays - time and a half.
