No experience necessary—just bring compassion, patience, and a positive attitude!What You'll Do:Empowerment & Support:Help individuals work toward their personal independence goalsProvide coaching, guidance, and encouragement following personalized care plansServe as a positive role model and trusted companionSupport individuals in developing daily living skillsDaily Activities & Community Engagement:Plan and participate in engaging activities and recreational programsAccompany residents on community outings, appointments, and social activitiesTransport individuals safely to various destinationsHelp create a warm, home-like atmospherePersonal Care & Household Support:Assist with personal care needs as requiredHelp with meal preparation and light housekeeping dutiesEnsure a clean, safe, and welcoming home environmentHealth & Safety:Monitor and support medication administration and health needsImplement approved behavior support plans when neededRespond appropriately to any safety concernsComplete required documentation and progress reportsWhat We're Looking For:Required:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license held for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points on driving recordPA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting)Compassionate, patient, and reliable personalityNo Experience Necessary!
