Job Title Physical Therapist Location New Jersey | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Full-Time (40 hours/week) | 1–2 evenings until 7 PM | Onsite Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction Perform 60-minute evaluations and treatments with an orthopedic focus, progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs as assigned, including supervision, development of learning objectives, and completion of student evaluations Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and all regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of New Jersey Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Ability to work a flexible schedule including 1–2 evenings per week until 7 PM Demonstrated ability to complete thorough clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines Commitment to patient and employee safety standards and adherence to professional codes of conduct Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy students Familiarity with functional quality indicator assessments and letters of medical necessity Why Join Us Join a structured outpatient orthopedic environment with a strong emphasis on professional development and continuing education Work within a collaborative, team-oriented setting that prioritizes both patient outcomes and employee safety Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 776061.
