Balance Staffing is currently hiring Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Watsonville, CA. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable traveling within the United States for project-based work assignments lasting up to 2 months at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly work
- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assemble components with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support production and quality standards
- Travel to various project locations across the U.S. as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Mechanical or electrical experience is a plus
- Comfortable traveling for extended periods (up to 2 months at a time)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
