Qualifications:

• Previous line cook experience preferred (island cuisine a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities:

• Prep ingredients including chopping, marinating, and portioning
• Assist with food preparation for daily service and catering

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist line cooks as needed

• Kitchen or prep experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
