This is a Direct Primary Care role which means no RVUs, no call, no insurance headaches, and the kind of patient relationships that remind you why you chose primary care. We are seeking a Direct Primary Care physician to join our large team taking care of DPC patients in Columbia, Missouri, home of Mizzou.

• Opportunity to supervise NPs if you're interested, but NOT required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  
• Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with patients and colleagues alike

Preferred:

• Primary Care experience
• Comfortable managing a broad range of primary care conditions independently
• Energized by a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

SCHEDULE

• Monday Friday
• Four clinic days per week
• One dedicated administrative day per week
• No call

COMPENSATION

• $275,000 $300,000 total compensation
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance available if applicable
