Enterprise Risk Manager

Seeking Enterprise Risk Management professionals to support and enhance the organization's risk management program. The role involves identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, and enterprise risks while partnering with business stakeholders to drive risk-informed decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Conduct risk assessments and maintain enterprise risk registers. Facilitate risk identification workshops and collaborate with business units. Analyze and quantify risks using qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Develop risk reports, dashboards, heat maps, and executive presentations. Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and mitigation plans. Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, and financial impact assessments. Partner with audit, compliance, legal, finance, and operational teams on risk initiatives. Support enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, governance, and policies. Senior/Lead candidates will provide strategic risk guidance, lead ERM initiatives, and engage with executive leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field. Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Risk Assessment, Compliance, Audit, Financial Risk, Operational Risk, or related areas. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with quantitative risk modeling, scenario analysis, and risk reporting preferred. Experience Levels Analyst: Entry-level to 2 years of relevant experience. Senior: 5+ years of ERM or risk management experience.
